By accessing this website or submitting a job application through Europath Foreign Employment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Europath Foreign Employment is a licensed Sri Lankan overseas recruitment agency operating under SLBFE Licence No. 3765. We connect Sri Lankan job seekers with verified employment opportunities abroad, and assist with the application, documentation, and pre-departure process.

We act as an intermediary between candidates and overseas employers. Final hiring decisions, employment contracts, and workplace terms are determined by the respective employer, subject to the laws of the destination country.

All recruitment activities carried out by Europath Foreign Employment are conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) and applicable Sri Lankan labour migration laws.

We do not charge fees that exceed SLBFE-approved limits, and we do not guarantee employment outcomes beyond what is permitted under SLBFE guidelines.

Candidates applying through this website may be required to submit a CV, supporting documents, and, for select vacancies, an introduction video specific to that vacancy. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or placement.

Any service fees applicable to your recruitment will be disclosed to you clearly before you are asked to make a payment, in line with SLBFE-approved fee structures.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application, CV, and any supporting documents or videos. Submitting false information, forged documents, or misrepresenting your qualifications may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.

You are responsible for attending interviews, medical examinations, and orientation sessions as scheduled, and for keeping your contact details up to date so we can reach you regarding your application.

While we carry out due diligence on the overseas employers and vacancies we advertise, Europath Foreign Employment cannot be held responsible for changes in employment terms, working conditions, or circumstances that occur after a candidate has been deployed, where these fall outside our control and the terms of the applicable employment contract.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Europath Foreign Employment unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Europath Foreign Employment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on information published on it, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an application, or restrict access to our services, where an applicant provides false information, violates these terms, or engages in conduct that compromises the integrity of the recruitment process.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
